Steve Hogle Mixed Media Photography

Steve Hogle was born and raised in Southern Florida, who now resides on the Seacoast of New Hampshire.Steve is a self  taught Award Winning, emerging digital photo artist,specializing in multi media print work .He is an accomplished artist with a degree in  the Visual Arts.Steve has an  obscure sense of capturing the unique angle, textures and shadows in his pieces .As well, he has a provocative sense of humor and translates that into his work. He finds beauty with in a capture, that other's would simply pass by.Early morning natural light ,  and manufactured light pushed to the extreme in shots are a few of his favorite moments in capturing a shot.

Steve's use of an array color and mixed media techniques in each of his pieces is created as to invite the viewer in to grab hold or simple perplex  the  viewer on the main subject matter of the piece. His work covers many genres from the traditional to abstract in  nature.All pieces begin with HIS original photographic work and or with mixed media techniques added they take on a new life of their own.
Steve is a non-conformist when it comes  to the "tradtional art and photography  rules and boundaries  One of his favorite quotes is from a dear friend " Art is art... don't tell me how it should look, Just enjoy it!"

His Collections of 1 of a kind originals and Giclee prints are captivating viewers and are being hailed by art loving enthusiasts across New Hampshire ,Maine and Massachusetts.He has upcoming Shows in Jan. Feb. and March of 2008
